Board and Leadership

A Mission Rooted in Purpose

Since its founding on August 9, 2019, GPTAM has grown into an internationally respected accrediting body, partnering with over 95 institutions across Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Americas. The mission is clear: to elevate theological education through trusted accreditation, spiritual integrity, and institutional development. But beyond the numbers and partnerships is a team whose strength lies in how they work—with diligence, prayer, wisdom, and heart.

GPTAM’s leadership and operational teams do more than accredited institutions; they mentor, equip, and walk alongside them. This dual commitment—to uphold high standards and provide deep support—is what distinguishes GPTAM globally

Our Guiding Philosophy: Rigorous Standards, Supportive Approach

Rigor without relationship results in resistance. At GPTAM, we believe in balancing truth and grace. Our team is committed to the highest academic and spiritual standards, ensuring that every institution we partner with delivers excellence in theological education. But just as importantly, we are deeply relational. We listen. We guide. We encourage.

Rigor means upholding biblical orthodoxy, educational integrity, and institutional accountability. It involves thorough evaluations, feedback, and developmental plans tailored to each context.

Support means we never leave institutions alone to figure it out. We offer mentoring, personalized recommendations, consultancy, faculty training, and strategic resources to help every partner grow stronger and more mission-focused.

Departments Driven by Passion and Purpose

Beyond the board, GPTAM functions through dedicated teams and coordinators in various key areas. Each department operates with clarity of mission and a collaborative spirit.

Academic & Accreditation Team

Responsible for evaluating curricula, institutional effectiveness, faculty qualifications, and doctrinal alignment, this team ensures that academic excellence is never compromised. Yet, the process is not mechanical—it is incarnational. GPTAM believes every school has a story, and our accreditation specialists are trained to understand the heartbeat of each institution before offering recommendations.

Strategic Planning & Development Team

These are the visionaries who help institutions move from where they are to where they are called to be. Whether it’s through leadership coaching, campus expansion strategies, or donor engagement plans, this team supports institutional transformation with kingdom-minded solutions.

Faculty Development Team

Faculty are the backbone of every theological institution. GPTAM’s educators, trainers, and consultants provide ongoing support through workshops, webinars, and mentorship—helping professors not only teach well but discipline faithfully.

Governance & Policy Advisors

Effective boards lead effective schools. This team offers practical counsel on governance structures, board formation, succession planning, and policy creation—grounded in biblical principles and operational excellence.

Finance & Stewardship Team

Good stewardship reflects godly leadership. Our financial consultants offer training and systems support for budgeting, accountability, and reporting, ensuring schools operate with both transparency and sustainability.

Library & Learning Resources Team

Access to theological resources is vital. This department aids in library setup, policy drafting, and digital integration—helping even remote institutions gain access to quality theological literature and research tools.

Spiritual Formation & Leadership Mentors

Beyond the academics, we care about the heart. This team fosters spiritual leadership by offering mentoring programs, pastoral care, and leadership formation rooted in servant leadership and biblical humility.

Global Partnerships & Outreach Team

We cultivate relationships with theological institutions, churches, and mission organizations worldwide. We facilitate collaboration, exchange programs, and networking opportunities—strengthening GPTAM’s global impact and fostering unity in theological education and mission.
